The location was so perfect. The breakfast was also nice. There's so many nice restaurants, cafés and bars near the hotel, and even more choices if you walk towards Mariahilf or Karlsplatz. The room was comfortable, warm and clean. Well connected with publica transport and close to the city center.

Room cleanless was enough. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, options were enough. Location was perfect. There was a bus station in front of it and U4 kettenbrucke station was 200-300 m ahead. Pillows were thin. There was a gap between two beds, as a couple guest we would rather two beds are combined.

We have just returned from a 3 day stay here , booked this place for its location which is around 20 min walk to the main centre of things . The accomadation is like a student house , very tired and old fittings , not very clean as pictures shows very dusty , fittings not cleaned and walls dirty/marked,, noisy with doors slamming in the night from other travellers . No facilities in rooms like kettle or cups, only old wardrobes with locks on them ! Breakfast was not great , like in a student canteen , others have said it's good but from staying at many other hotels this is poor , kept running out of items , slow to restock the 3 hot items they offer , of egg, bacon, and frankfurter sausages .. The way the guy cleans the tables in the canteen shows you they don't care , just brushes all the old food left from last guests on to the floor ! Find other place to stay , plenty around this price level and avoid the disappointment we had here .

*do not go to this hotel*!!!!!!! Their costumer service was so bad, they did not clean my room they just organised the bed. The cleaning lady probably got annoyed with me and she actually took my underpants and left them on my pillow. She didn't clean at all. Also, there is a "10 o'clock policy". You are not allowed to even talk nor watch anything. 2 times i talked on the phone with my boss and someone came to my door and told me that if i keep it this way he would throw me out of the hotel. One more thing, there is *no* air conditioning and in the summer it is 25-30 Celsius at night and you cannot sleep in that heat.

We booked just a week before the time of stay through booking.com. I had some friction with booking, but it did not effect our opinion of the Hotel. Decent customer support, very fair ratio, we find it a very good value deal, handy location, cool facade. We really liked it.
